Hyderabad – The IT hub of Andhra Pradesh!
Situated in the Telangana region of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is the 6th most populous metropolis in India with an estimated population of 6.1 million people (61 lakh). Hyderabad is known for its rich history, culture and architecture.

Hyderabad is the financial and economic capital of Andhra Pradesh. It is the largest contributor to the state's gross domestic product, state tax and excise revenues. The workforce participation is about 29 percent. From the 1990s, the economic pattern of the city has changed from being a service oriented to miscellaneous others like trade, transport, commerce, storage, communication etc.

Unprecedented Growth
Like many Indian cities, Hyderabad has witnessed a tremendous growth in the Real Estate sector, thanks to the information technology boom in the 1990s and the retail industry growth over the last few years. Like other Indian cities, the city’s skyline is dotted with Malls and retail hubs. Development of specialised IT infrastructure by private players has grown over the last two years after the Government kicked off the HITEC City.

Commercial Real Estate Growth
Most of the demand especially for the commercial property comes from the IT companies which prefer Hyderabad over any other cities in the country. With determination of Special Skyscraper Zone many tall and high-rise buildings are under implementation in the city. With the entry of global players like Microsoft, Oracle, Bann Info, Satyam Computers, and many others, Hyderabad property market structure has certainly undergone a paradigm shift.

Residential Real Estate Growth
Hyderabad property rates have spiraled and in some of the prime locations they are quoted 30 to 40 per cent more. The prices which once used to be around Rs 500 per sq ft during 1991-1992, have shot up to Rs 2,000 per sq ft.
